Sr. Technical Services Engineer Houston, TX DESCRIPTION: Functional Requirements: Provide assistance on unit troubleshooting, unit optimization and routine training. Assist our licensees in personnel training and start-up. Communicate and effectively teach licensees in the best practices of operating PTD technologies to optimize performance. Respond to client emails, phone calls other contact requests on a timely basis, 365 days a year. Gather and analyze limited and sometimes partially correct or erroneous, customer operating information and offer effective recommendations to resolve current problems and to prevent future problems. Prioritize, organize and efficiently complete daily work requirements from ever-changing external customer inquiries as well as internal customers.
